Hello and thank you for visiting the faleycakes website - I'm Teresa Faley, the face behind the cakes.  My love of cakes and bakes started when I was a child, one of my favourite things to do on a weekend was baking cakes with my mum. It was always so much fun, finding a recipe for that day, making a mess with the flour, and watching how the cakes rise in the oven (and if I'm honest my favourite part back then was scraping the bowl and eating the batter from the spoon! I don't do that anymore though, promise!)

 

This childhood hobby soon turned into a passion, and one day I decided to see if I could turn it into a little business for myself. Fast forward 10 years and I've made hundreds and hundreds of beautiful cakes for lots of happy customers and faleycakes has gained a 5 star reputation.
