I can offer a wide range of flavours, but here is a list of the most popular flavours I am usually asked to make:
Standard Sponge Flavours
(Contain the following allergens as standard WHEAT, MILK, EGG):
- Vanilla
- Chocolate
- Lemon
- Carrot
- Red Velvet
- Coffee
- Chocolate Orange
- Orange & Cinnamon
- Coconut & Lime
- Chocolate Hazelnut (contains HAZELNUT)
Eggless/Vegan Friendly Sponge Flavours:
(Contain the following allergens as standard WHEAT, SOYA):
- Vanilla
- Chocolate
- Lemon
- Chocolate Orange
- Orange & Cinnamon
- Coconut & Lime
Most flavours can also be created as a 'no-gluten' cake.
I can offer 'no-gluten' cakes which means the cake will not include any active ingredients that contain gluten.
However, I cannot claim to offer 'gluten-free' cakes as all cakes are made in the same kitchen, that regularly handles gluten, therefore there is a very, very small chance of trace allergen contamination.
If you have a mild sensitivity, or you know that you could tolerate the possibility of trace amounts of gluten, then I would love to help you with a 'no-gluten' cake.
If you know you have a severe allergy and cannot tolerate the possibility of trace amounts of gluten, then unfortunately I am not the baker for you.
I can offer 'no-dairy' cakes which means the cake will not include any active ingredients that contain dairy.
However, I cannot claim to offer 'dairy-free' cakes as all cakes are made in the same kitchen, that regularly handles dairy, therefore there is a very, very small chance of trace allergen contamination.

My standard eggless recipe contains the following allergens: WHEAT (GLUTEN), SOYA, DAIRY.
The recipe can also be adapted to exclude WHEAT (GLUTEN) or DAIRY.
All cakes are made in an environment that handles EGGS regularly, so if you have a severe allergy to eggs please bare this in mind, as there is a very, very small chance of trace allergen contamination.
Yes I can create vegan cakes in vanilla, chocolate and lemon flavours as standard.

No, I'm afraid I do not make fresh cream cakes.
The fillings and coverings used in my cakes will be buttercream and/or ganache.
